BlueShore Realty
For Florida agents

Your commission.
Minus $500. Period.

Every 100% commission brokerage in Miami has an asterisk — a monthly fee, an annual renewal, a compliance charge, a plan matrix. Ours is a single sentence: $500 per sale, 10% on rentals capped at $500. You will never pay us more than $500 on any transaction.

Why broker access beats volume

The $299 warehouses can't do this

The cheap flat-fee shops run 2,000+ agents on a support inbox. The $201 difference buys you three things they structurally can't offer.

Real support, no ticket queue

When a deal is on fire at 7pm, you reach a decision-maker — not a 'success coach' who will follow up within 48 hours.

A condo financing desk

Swiftlend, our affiliated mortgage company, specializes in non-warrantable buildings. One rescued condo deal pays for years of fee differences.

A brand you can farm with

A name that stands for personal, broker-led service — not a numbered agent ID at a warehouse your clients have seen on a bus bench.

Questions

Asked and answered

Is BlueShore really 100% commission?

Yes. You keep your entire commission on every transaction and pay BlueShore a flat $500 per closed sale. On rentals, the fee is 10% of the commission, capped at $500. There is no other fee of any kind.

What fees does BlueShore charge Florida agents?

The complete fee schedule: $500 per closed sale, and 10% of the commission on rentals capped at $500. No monthly fee, no annual fee, no joining fee, no compliance fee, no tech fee, no desk fee, and E&O insurance is included.

Are there monthly fees at BlueShore?

No. $0 per month, every month, including months you close nothing. You only pay when you get paid.

How does BlueShore make money on $500 per sale?

Volume discipline and a second business: our affiliated mortgage company, Swiftlend, finances condo deals — including non-warrantable buildings — which keeps the brokerage lean without loading fees onto agents.

Is E&O insurance included?

Yes. Errors & omissions coverage is included in the flat $500 transaction fee, not billed separately.

What support do I actually get at a flat-fee brokerage?

Support that actually moves money: an in-house condo financing desk that saves deals that die in underwriting elsewhere, real access to the broker when a deal needs it — no ticket queue — and one flat fee that never grows with your production.

How fast can I move my Florida license to BlueShore?

Usually same-day. Florida license transfers are filed electronically with the DBPR; apply below, book a call with the broker, and you can be writing offers under BlueShore this week.

Stop donating 30% of your income.

A 10-deal agent on a 70/30 split gives their brokerage roughly $45,000 a year. At BlueShore the same agent pays $5,000 — and gets more broker access, not less.
